Reading List: Fog Creek Software Management Training Program

Joel Spolsky released his tentative list of required reading for those that are going to be accepted into his Software Management Training Program. The list looks really good. (I have personally read 6 of them.)

Is he missing any books that you think any aspiring Software Management professional should read?

I would suggest adding Rapid Development, Software Project Survival Guide by Steve McConnell, and also adding Principles of Software Engineering Management by Tom Gilb.
