Not my job… well… not yet at least… I hope.

Chad Fowler, a keynote for the upcoming CUSEC 2006 (Canadian University Software Engineering Conference), recently published a book titled “My Job Went To India”.

The title might be misleading. It is an excellent read and gives great suggestions on how a software engineer can better manage their career and personal development. A must read for anyone who wants to excel at there career in the software development world.

He covers personal skills as well as team skills. This book is not just about programming but covers many areas of software engineering.
